Sure. So they give you two weeks from receiving the invite to schedule your interview. The date range were various weekdays between 12/2-12/19, and most of the interview slots seemed to be in the afternoon. Hope this helps!

OMG - I just got an invite!! I thought I would not get it after I visited Stern's marketing conf and talk to people and learned what kind of essays they wrote! Though my application essays were really weak in comparison, but just got an invite! I'm so excited! This is the first invite after being dinged at CBS and Wharton without an interview! Just for stats - I am white eastern european female, 28 years old, I've been working in accounting/fin analysis/audit at a lard manufacturing company for 4 years. Had two majors from the regular american state university (not ivy or anything like that). Hopefully my stat will give some hope to some of you who has similar stats. Sorry - stupid question --> Is that an invite from a R1 or R2 submit?

I'm like 99% sure R1, but just wanted to check. (i've come to the conclusion that with the amount of random stuff bschools do, it could be within the realm of possibility - so maybe they looked at it in 2 or 3 days)

@ekv2 Congrats, I know the feeling!
@WhatsInYourBackpack this was for R1.

To give more insight for others, after going over the length of time between when I got the confirmation email and when I got the invitation (along with looking at LY's posts) - it looks like the sweet spot is right around 3 weeks. I am sure there are one-offs, but that looks to be the average.

Congrats! Are you based in Europe at the moment? Will you fly to NYC for your interview? Did they offer you an off-site interview, e.g. in London?

Have been 7 days since I requested for a score report to be sent to Stern. The application status is still "Not Received". What should I do? :( :( :(

Did you get a notification confirming receipt of Essay 2? I had a tracking through UPS and it says delivered on Tuesday but Stern has not notified me of delivery? So just checking.

Not sure this timeline works for international applicants as well..I have not seen any international invite so far, not atleast on this forum...

I am not an international student in terms of location!I live in us now( got my cit-ship last year) .So cant really comment on your question sorry

Neither have I- and I'm aware of one more applicant in the same situation as us.

Is this typical for Stern- to hold back announcements for international candidates for this long? Any theories people?
