Hey there good sir,
First of all, congratulations on your most awesome GMAT!!!
Paul is right in that GMAT is not enough alone for Indian candidates, but I think actually you might have a good shot at some Top 10 schools, because you have that other all-important factor for Indian candidates - you are an IIT graduate. And as you may already know the LARGE majority of Indian candidates accepted to Top programs come from IIT.
But juuuuuust how competitive you will be will depend on LOTs and LOTS of factors, and I am missing a bit too much information to know that. First of all your work experience - at 1.5 it's far too little and you should not be applying before 2015. Which means that you have another 2 years to push, try, work, succeed. And your chances of getting in will depend also heavily on the work experience of these two years - how much success you have; how important your achievements were to the company; how quick your promotions schedule was (esp. in comparison with your peers); whether you went out of your way to take on new and more responsibilities; whether you have some leadership or international experience; and so on. Besides that, there is also volunteer work, and extra curriculars as well as any "side projects" (entrepreneurship, investing, writing and publishing, patents, etc.) and ALL of these things will matter.
Soooo, basically you are off to a great start! But you need to push yourself HARD over the next year, and with better performance, you will have better chances.
Good Luck!
