Expect the results to be out in 3 to 4 hours from now... Stretching a few hours further if any technical delays happen. You will get a mail few minutes after the status is updated on the portal... So my friends keep your fingers on the refresh button on the application portal and wait :-D.. All the best everyone..

is it improbable to think that they will call to inform about the admit decisions? Especially for Indians in India like me?

Not sure about India. But I know a friend of mine from mainland China got a call last week. Actually, a few were called based in China.

My nerves are killing me.. were there people that didn't get calls before getting accepted in Round 1?

Scholarship decisions do typically take an additional week or so. Definitely follow up on this next week.

I did get a phone call on Friday at 4 pm. They also mentioned that only some were getting the call on friday and that most will go out on Monday. So I expect decisions to be out very soon because the list must have been final on Friday. As for scholarship money I was under the impression the website would show whether there was any awarded or not.

Even though I received a call on Friday, my portal has not changed. It seemed the phone call was just something my interviewer liked to do, not necessarily the policy.
