A judge in Hollywood, California recently issued a cease and desist order to an advertising firm after a famous actor sued the firm for using a celebrity imposter to imitate the famous actor in a television commercial. The court order prohibits the agency from using any celebrity imitators in future commercials. costs will rise since it is expensive to hire the services of legitimate celebrities instead of using celebrity imposters.
Cost is rising because company has to use legitimate celebrity instead of imposters. So to conclude that cost will rise is based on underlying assumption that company has to use celebrities in the film.
