This wait is really pushing me to HBS...

What do you mean? Have you interviewed with HBS? How was it?

I don't believe it is a valid reason to choose HBS over GSB...

I did like the transparency of HBS' process, but I would have much preferred to go to GSB over HBS.

That said, I had more hope in getting an HBS interview and look how that turned out!

Guys... Please watch the NFL to grab some inspiration for this kind of times. We cant say everything is lost until the clock stops running. Anything is said, until the 17th.. In the meanwhile I recommend you write down the next steps your life will follow, in case this MBA plan doesn't goes through. An MBA, you will see, is just another path your life can take. With or without it you can be as successful and as happy as you pictured yourself while writing your essays. Just find out the way to keep yourself inspired and motivated to take the best out of you in whichever situation life has put you into. Chose to be Happy!
