I didn't fill the table of professional experience properly..I thought I am not supposed to write roles within my existing company. Turns out I don't have to write my existing role but I still have to write my previous roles in the same company :(
Insead is my dream school but my mistake will probably show that I am not interested or was not serious :(

Same mistake as well. I had 3 promotions during previous 4 years, I'm also co-founder of a few internet projects in my region. Fulfilling all positions at my current company eliminates majority of the rest ones. Going to make call to INSEAD to clarify.

Seems like we are going to receive email re upcoming interviews by the end, or most likely during next week. Since this week in the Europe defines by Easter holidays. Application managers are out of office till Thursday/Friday this week.

Made a call to INSEAD admissions. They were very friendly and asked me to send them proper pdf. with things that I would like to fix/change in my application. So @kartick11, feel free to give them a call. Better to solve it. Please bear in mind that majority of them are OoO.

Just to put some minds at ease, I received an email from INSEAD about the executive education offered and I haven't applied yet (R2 applicant). I downloaded the brochure before off INSEAD's website and it was mandatory to enter # of years of experience. Wish you luck and happy Easter!

I'm located in Frankfurt, but I'm French and quite often in Paris, so not much of a stretch for me.

Coming from Canada sounds like much more of a commitment, to be honest I think I would have a hard time justifying it if I were in that position. :P

R1 applicants, please share how many words was your answer to the long and short term goals job description. I am finding it challenging writing less than 300 words, especially when I read about the importance of linking personal/unique experience with goals. At the same time I find myself not respecting the "short answer" note next to the question.

Generally stuck to a 300 word limit with a bit of a twist. I thought the Job Essay #2 (what would you be doing if you stayed at your current position) was rather sufficient with a shorter word count and found the #4 (goals) to be a bit tight with the 300 limit... So I wrote 200 and 400 words, respectively. Personally, I thought it would be reasonable to keep the balance around 1,200 word count across the 4 essays for short answers..
