I think that country of applicant origin means not so much as potential Insead campus can mean. 2 different admissions (fonty or singy) can send invitations with different frequency/timing and so on. I would rather wonder singy or fonty rather than Canada, USA or Germany. IMHO

On INSEAD's site: Application Process, in the Improtant Notes section:
"Applications for both campuses are processed in Fontainebleau and all correspondence should be with your designated Admissions Officer in Fontainebleau."
