MSx is basically a compressed 1 year Stanford MBA, with the entire core (1st year) covered in 1 summer semester.
The Wharton EMBA is exactly same curriculum as their full-time MBA, spread over a similar time frame with same rigor.
So if you needed to build more hard skills (like finance/accounting stuff) then you'd not join the MSx as it's more appropriate for senior leaders and enterpreneurs who are looking to build a solid network, discuss big picture stuff and build leadership skills. While Wharton EMBA is geared towards same but also offers mid-careers a chance to hard skills as well as climb the ladder
