Calling All NYU Stern MBA Applicants(2018 Intake) Class of 2020!

I applied on 1/9/18 to the FT program as my first choice and the PT as my second choice. I knew I wasn't getting into the FT since I didn't get an interview offer. I emailed them asking if they had any updates because I got accepted into another program and they require a deposit by April 16th, so I definitely needed to know about the PT decision before then, and I wasn't sure if I would get that on April 1st or May 1st. I got an email that there was an update to my application and, as expected, it was a rejection. However I am unsure if it was a rejection to the FT program only, or an outright rejection for all programs. I would be surprised to not be accepted into the PT program, but I suppose it's possible they filled all their slots with people who listed it as their first choice.

Is anybody else in a similar situation? At this point I'm not all that concerned as I plan to enroll at a different FT program anyway, but I am definitely a bit confused by Stern's process and communication.

Hey- Any news/update from waitlisted candidates? Anyone invited for interview?

No news here. I wish we could have found out so that we would know whether to attend the Preview weekend.

is this weekend only for FT or part time as well ? i would like to check it out if PT are invited
