Hi
pandeyshrish123Thanks for the details. Our assessment:
- SAP Material Management and Sales and Distribution is good work, and that can help you differentiate a bit from the typical IT applicant. Your career path is clear, and Accenture/Deloitte on your resume certainly helps. Assuming you are continuing in the same domain at Deloitte. The leadership bit is excellent at ~3 yrs of experience.
- The family business may not really count for much, unless you can show some strong value addition or new initiative there. Avoid getting into it otherwise.
- CSR activities can be useful, but mere participation will not help. Again, you need to show how you helped. This is something ISB highlights as well specifically in their webinars and information sessions.
- Aim for a GMAT of 700+, though you should ideally try for more (720+ if you can). The IT applicant pool is competitive, and you need all you can get.
Hope this helps. Feel free to come back with more queries as needed.
