I did my exam online in the beginning of summer and I got 660 ( exactly what I needed for master programs). In the middle of august I got an email from testsecurity. It was said there that I violated rules ( security violation) and my score is cancelled. To say that I was shocked is not to say anything. After 2,5 months they decided to check my exam and blame me for something I didn’t do. I am 100% positive that I did not cheat.
My next step was to find a layer, who would represent me. My layer launched an appeal. After couples of day I received an email, where it was said that there is going an appeal process and that they will respond on September 9th.
On September 10th I got an email from them. After appeal process they decided that there is not security violation ( wow, such a surprise!), but now they are claiming that there were testing issues and my score is still being cancelled - “ decision is final and binding”.
In two weeks application process to many programs is ending, meaning that I cannot apply to them. Right now I feel like I am still in shock, because so much money and time were spent to get desired grade and basically now I have to start all over again ( not even mentioning that I don’t have time for that or motivation).
I decided to share this story with you, guys. In order to “prepare” you for the outcomes that could happen even if you did everything correct, even if a lot of time pass.
Did to anyone happen something similar to that? ( I really hope no, just if yes, I would love to hear what steps you took)

Hi, Sorry to hear about your experience.
Yes, its very difficult to fight with these companies as they have clauses that say that you exam may be cancelled without them having to give you a valid reason.
I think the best course of action for you is to take another attempt (preferably at a test center) and get it over with.
Best wishes!
