Hi
Gmataspirant96 At this stage, with a 640 on GMAT, it is crucial that you analyze individual quant and verbal sections and how you can improve your performance on the GMAT in the shortest time. I suggest you apply in R3 with a remarkable improvement on GMAT (720+) or wait another year.
In your application, emphasize the aspects that set you apart from the Indian IT/software engineer pool. Pitch yourself, for example, as a technical project manager/leader with deep knowledge of a specific industry (your area of specialization) who has worked on conflict resolution with multiple stakeholders. Show how you progressed at work from an individual contributor to a project manager, with more responsibilities awarded by management due to your performance and conscientious decision-making abilities. Prepare such a strong pitch for yourself, in addition to a solid GMAT score, that the school finds it difficult to disregard your candidacy.
