Career goal:
- Long term: Asian cross-border M&A investment management/private equity
- Short term: First hand experience in US investment banking, which will contribute to the theme"US-Asian cross-border" as my long term goal.

- Good leadership story:
1. Regional ambassador of BoAML's Young Professional Network, with interesting stories of those firm-wide events and exposure to senior management team
2. Leadership as senior analyst to take a leadership role in client's local road-show, and stories to manage both clients and seniors
3. Stories in mentoring junior analysts, just as my mentor(regional executive director) did to me.
