Please kindly find my profile for application in 2017 MBA enrollment.
Background:
- Female
- International student
Academic:
- Bachelor in Humanities, GPA 3.6/4.0
- GMAT: 720, TOFEL:108
W/E: "pre-MBA 3 years"
- 1.5 years in Bank of America Merrill Lynch, management analyst, rotation program, Asia Pacific
- 1 year in J.P.Morgan, investment banking analyst, Industry coverage, Asia Pacific
Target school:
- Wharton
- Booth
- Harvard
- Kellogg
Career goal:
- Long term: Asian cross-border M&A investment management/private equity
- Short term: First hand experience in US investment banking, which will contribute to the theme"US-Asian cross-border" as my long term goal.
Others:
- Good exposure in Asian market, with both rotation program and working experience in several cross-border deals as an investment banking analyst.
- Good leadership story:

Thanks for sharing your profile. Really nice background here especially on the WE front. You are right at the avg for the GPA, and a bit lower for the GMAT as most of these schools are nearing 730 now. I don't see this is a real issue. I think you should be competitive for all schools just make sure you write amazing essays and cross your fingers. Good luck!
