Thanks for reaching out. In terms of your academics, you've got a pretty solid profile, though I agree that aiming for the very top schools will be challenging. I do think your work experience with the family business will be viewed strongly by admissions and it's a less common pre-MBA field, so you can contribute a more unique perspective to an MBA class.
With your interest in Finance, I would check out schools like: Cornell, Kelley, Foster, Goizueta, Olin, Darden (in the US) and schools like Schulich, McGill, Ivey (in Canada).
