Haha! Good luck to you too rexman! I'm an international applicant, applying in R3 so the odds are heavily against me. I did have a convincing reason as to why I had to apply in R3 though. Lets hope the Admissions Gods smile down on us. They wouldn't *have* a Round 3 if they didn't want to accept just a few more of us, right? (I'm the glass-half-full sort)

You have to love the transparency of their admissions process.


US Applicants to receive calls next week on Tuesday and Wednesday (12th and 13th).

International Applicants on Thursday (14th).

Does this mean that if i don't get a call on the 14th i am a goner? I am an international student. The email I got said that admissions will be posted on 12 EST on the 15th?


Yeah I do think it means you are wait listed or dinged generally if you don't get a call on the 14th. I also love the transparency, but it makes me anxious to know that if I don't get a call on Tuesday (I live in LA) I am toast. Really really hoping I get the call...

Per the blog:

I wonder if we can take this to mean that if we live in one of the above-named cities and are not called on the 12th, we're either dinged or WL'ed. If so, this effectively moves my decision notification date to Tuesday as I'm in one of those cities! :shock:

Definitely going to need to take a Xanax on Monday night to get to (and stay) asleep

Yeah I think us R3 applicants are laying low until after the dust settles for round 2 lol. I've received an interview invite but if you haven't I wouldn't start worrying quite yet punters. Still a long way to go and we have no idea how they're handling the R3 applicant pool.

Good luck today, everyone! And as tempting as it is, try not to over-think what it means if you do not hear from the admissions committee today. I received admittance to another school last month where calls began going out on Monday and I didn't receive my call until about 3PM on Wednesday. I was a complete Negative Nancy for 48-hours and felt a little silly about it afterward.

Think positive and I hope everyone gets good news this week!

Can you check if they are running late and ask them when they are going to calls us :)
