Never expect such dead questions in Gmat

A. to whom I sell
i sell isn't the right usage

B. to who I sell
whom should be the right usage

C. who was sold to
was isn't right usage

D. to whom I sold
This is the exact usage

E. No correction required

sold will be used.
(A) and (B) are wrong.

whom is correct instead of who
(C) and (E) are wrong.

Hence, OA is (D).
