E it is..

In B, parallelism can only be maintained if you use "that" with all the clauses - B omits that in the middle clause.

It should be

The most common reasons for an employeeâ€™s unwillingness to accept a transfer are

that mortagage rates are high
that housing in new location costs more and
that it is difficult to sell the old home[/color]
