Re: The sales of a product increase as the number of people who have used [#permalink]
The sales of a product increase as the number of people who have used it increases. Sampling is a good method to increase the awareness of the products. Therefore, many energy drink manufacturers put stalls around each city they are targeting and distribute free energy drinks as each flavor is launched. Such distribution increases the demand for the new flavor, forcing competitors to come up with a similar flavor of the energy drink and reducing the overall sales and profits of that flavors. Eventually energy drink manufacturers are forced to keep producing new flavors.

In the argument above, the two portions play which of the following roles?
Sampling is a good method to increase the awareness of the products. This line is considered as true and neither an assumption nor consideration.
Eliminate A , B
This is not supporting the strategy : Eliminate C
distribute free energy drinks as each flavor is launched.
This is an example given and does not oppose teh given startegy.
Eliminate D

E suits in best

E) The first is a principle that forms the basis for a course of action that the argument indicates may not have the desired outcome; the second presents the course of action.
