I think it's industry practice to go by applicant height actually.

I got in!!!! Got the call 11:45 AM in Washington, DC from an adcom member. She didn't have any scholarship info for me; she said that would be coming with the formal email later today. I did a self-initiated interview, got a 770 on the gmat (51V 47Q), 3.67 GPA, 5 years work experience in consulting.

waitlisted after open interview (which I thought went really well but it was my first interview of the application cycle so i guess mistakes were made) but its ok. ross called yest with $$$$ so i'll be declining the waitlist (it feels quite empowering to reject THEM lolol). good luck to everyone on waitlist!!!

I personally wore a suit but I don't remember what everyone else wore, but I would guess most others did too. I can't imagine that you would be penalized for over-dressing for the interview.
But if you choose no suit, I would still wear a tie at the very least.

Definitely suit and tie. It's safe and can't possibly backfire. Good luck

Suit and tie for sure. Even if you're doing the events involved with the interview. Dont be that one guy, who stands out for not being dressed correctly.
