I would recommend the following 2 steps in this case:
1. Ask the alumni to send an email to the admissions team, that he/she wants to write a recommendation for an applicant, they will send a link to the individual to fulfil
2. Once the alumni submits the recommendation, the applicant should also send a separate email to the admissions team, mentioning that the said alumni has submitted a recommendation for you, and request the admissions committee to consider the same against your application.

Hi! An alumni emailed the Adcom with a letter of endorsement of my candidacy. I also followed up and requested the committee to consider the same against my application. Neither of us have heard back yet (it's been more than a week). The alum also hasn't been asked to fill out any information via a link.
Should I follow up again? Any tips on how to proceed.

My alumni endorser missed the deadline, so we decided to bunk it as the form shut off. Hmm maybe should have told him to email the adcom instead
