Can’t we generate one more link for the alumni endorser?

Hi! An alumni emailed the Adcom with a letter of endorsement of my candidacy. I also followed up and requested the committee to consider the same against my application. Neither of us have heard back yet (it’s been more than a week). The alum also hasn’t been asked to fill out any information via a link. Should I follow up again? Any tips on how to proceed.

Yes, I think you should ask the Alum to follow up with the school. Please note that the endorsement should not be sent directly on email. The alum is supposed to ask the Admissions Team to send across the form (it’s very similar to a Google Form), which needs to be filled out by the Alum. I had mentioned the questions which form part of this form.

I don’t think that’s a problem. As long as the alum reaches out to the admissions team to allow access to drop a recommendation, they should be happy to do it.

Probably nothing, as it’s been a while since the deadline. Plus it’s a alumni I studied in undergrad with who just graduated last year, so I don’t think it would add much - LBS has a whole 300 words essay anyway for people you know and what you spoke about

Hi all, my application fee is still reported as 'not paid', but I paid it nearly three weeks ago. The money's been drawn, and LBS's finance dept. has sent a receipt. This is worrying, as LBS says applications aren't processed until the fee is paid. A few times I tried calling LBS, but it went to voice mail and the school never called back.

Have anyone else had this problem? If yes, what did you do to resolve it?

My recommendation is messaging "apply.mba@london.edu" - I had a section missing in my application and just emailed that link. Maybe reply to your confirmation email and attach an application # or ID (if there is one). I was sent a generic "we will not confirm receipt of anything" and had to trust it when I reached out. You could also try emailing members of the adcom

Hi All.
Can someone please give a brief overview of the MIM programs in colleges such as LBS, INSEAD, HEC, EDHEC etc and the impact it would have on one’s career and employment prospects post MIM?
Would love to connect with anyone for a discussion.
