94% of IESE MBAs secured a job offer within three months after graduation, one-third make a triple jump according to the latest MBA employment report.
Despite the pandemic causing widespread disruption to job markets across the globe, the career prospects of IESE MBAs continue to look bright. ABInBev, Amazon, Bain & Company, BCG, Citi, McKinsey & Company, Novartis and Pepsico were among the top recruiters for the MBA class of 2021, which comprises 364 students, 31% of them women, of 56 different nationalities.
Studying an MBA at IESE has proved a powerful platform for people thinking of switching careers, thanks to the access it provides to a dedicated career development centre with expertise in many different sectors and geographies, as well as a variety of training, support, advice and mentorship opportunities.

Hi aastha049,
Many grad programs want to see your individual Verbal and Quant scores more than your total GRE scores. Therefore, GRE 315 depends on two key factors:
a)Your breakdowns in, and individual percentiles on Verbal and Quant
b) What kinds of GRE scores your programs want
1) Any professional certifications you may have (e.g. CA or such others) can address much of adcom concerns, but we can advise you better when we have the complete context.
2) Your years of WorkEx will also matter if you want to apply to good schools like IESE. If your resume has a good mix of Extra-Curriculars and Leadership (not the same as Managerial positions), you should however be in a good position wrt this part.
3) I would also strongly suggest you to consider timelines between 1.5 to 2.5 months for your overall application depending upon your profile and the work you can put. Working efficiently you can complete about 5 applications within this period, though the duration remains nearly similar for a single application.
