Does everyone get an Interview?

No I don’t think so, I got a mail from UNC about their process and this is what it said verbatim

"First evaluation
First, an admissions committee member will review your essays, transcripts, letter of recommendation, and resume. This is when you may be sent an invitation to interview by email. Due to our processing timeline, we can not send all invitations at the same time to applicants each round.

Second evaluation
Then, another member of our team will review your full application – including interview notes, test scores, and notes from the first evaluation. This assessment results in a decision recommendation that is sent to the entire admissions committee.

Admissions committee discussion
The final review of your application will be completed by our experienced MBA admissions leadership team. Our goal is to ensure we admit a well-rounded class where each individual can contribute their talents and unique perspectives in and outside of the classroom."

I did too.

GRE or GMAT shouldn’t really matter to much. They are even offering waivers these days.

I think what’s most important is having clear goals, being able to explain why you want to go to UNC, and having the prerequisite experience needed to achieve your stated goal.
