Three years of big 4 audit experience is good MBA prep but it's really more about how you present your experience to the adcom and how you tie it into your post MBA vision. The problem with big 4 experience, is that it risks sounding like any of the other hundreds of applicants who come from big 4 firms, so think about telling stories vs. just describing what you do. Also make sure you articulate why you like your job and why you want to pursue your post MBA vision. Most people fail to talk about why.
