These are quite advantageous for high achieving students who have not yet graduated from their undergraduate programs. In HBS case, they essentially offer you full, regular admission as a senior in college, but you go and work somewhere for two years first (it's like "pre-admission). Your stats look pretty good for this program and you would want to emphasize leadership in college and your community. For Yale, it's similar, but you actually go ahead and start their MBA program after you graduate and then take 3 years to get it including two internships. I would highly encourage you to look at these programs if your goal is to do the MBA after only 2 or three years of WE, since this would be more challenging the traditional way with most schools including HBS approaching 5 years of average work experience for regular admits.
