I thought that Rotman required that the institutions send the transcript directly to them.

My recommendation - whenever you send anything, to anyone...include a "cover letter", in which you mention what is in the package and what it is referred to.


Something like:

dd/mm/yyyy


Ref: MA in XXXXX - application for candidate Name Last Name



Dear Sir/Madam,

Enclosed, you can find XXX, which are necessary for YYYY.
Kindly note that these could not be provided previously because AAA.

I usually try to use the same "cover letter" template anytime I have to send documents by mail. It allows the receiver to understand fast what for the package is, thus, saving his/her time.
