Courier of transcripts

Hi,

I have to courier my transcripts as the university does not courier on our behalf. I have two different transcripts (1 - undergraduate & 1 - graduate). I am putting both the transcripts in one cover and will courier. I want to know whether is there some application number that we need to write on the envelope? And all should I write my names on both the transcripts envelope or not? Someone please suggest me...

U can write ur name and application number in the main envelope

Where is the application number written? I did not find it anywhere..

I thought that Rotman required that the institutions send the transcript directly to them.

My recommendation - whenever you send anything, to anyone...include a "cover letter", in which you mention what is in the package and what it is referred to.


Something like:

dd/mm/yyyy


Ref: MA in XXXXX - application for candidate Name Last Name



Dear Sir/Madam,

Enclosed, you can find XXX, which are necessary for YYYY.
Kindly note that these could not be provided previously because AAA.

I usually try to use the same "cover letter" template anytime I have to send documents by mail. It allows the receiver to understand fast what for the package is, thus, saving his/her time.
