Are interviews must to get acceptance? I have applied in R3 but still no update or interview call. Decision date is just around the corner (30 April 2018).. I am really confused... I applied in end of Feb

I believe interviews are required, yes. I was just emailed with the invitation to interview Wednesday April 18th. I am doing the interview via Skype today.

So I think they are still reviewing apppications and sending out interview requests.
