I received my first interview invite of the season. Really excited to see the same.
My brief profile is as below:
GMAT score: 720 (Q50 / V38 / AWA6 / IR5)
Age: 36 years
Experience: 13 years
Working as Business Analyst for last 11 yrs with management & leadership responsibilities for last 5+ years
Currently working as AVP with JP Morgan Chase, Bangalore (India)
I hold 2 globally renowned and respected certifications: PMP & CBAP

I think the red flags on my profile are the age and experience.

thanks a lot! i am really glad some college looked beyond my age. i was always convinced of my reasons for the MBA journey, but so far no school had bought my dream.

I agree with the fact that many colleges do not look beyond age, and they have good reasons to not do so. But you have a great profile and a lot to contribute to the class. You will get through. All the best!
