Each tick mark represents +/-3 given that 10-7 = 3

s = 7 - 3
s = 4
t = 10 + 2(3)
t = 16

t/s = 16/4 = 4

Distance between each spaces is 3 units ( 10 - 7 = 3)

So, t = 16 & s = 4

Hence, t/s =16/4 =4 , Answer must be (C)

1 step size= 10-7=3
t=10+3+3 =16
s=7-3=4

t/s=16/4=4 . Hence C

Solution:

We see that each spacing is 10 - 7 = 3. Therefore, s = 4 and t = 16, and hence, t/s = 16/4 = 4.
