There's only one question in video essay for Broad. You'll also get unlimited practice attempts and two actual attempts to submit your essay. If you don't like your first attempt, you can go for a second one.

The questions can be behavioral as well as something like why MBA? What are your career goals?

Upon clicking the application submit link the waiting dial keeps going on and on... i have double checked my connection and is working fine.
is anyone who is applying to round 2 facing the similar problem?

I faced the same problem during my submission.
Just mail the issue to the Adcom and they'll submit it on your behalf.
