People who got the call, did they inform about the scholarship or do you need to wait for the confirmation email?

I’m an Indian applicant, can someone help me understand if applying for W.P. Carey MBA in round 3 (Feb 4th deadline) will make sense? Or is it too late? Although the website mentions it as the final deadline for Internationals but realistically is it ?
