GMAT Prep & Power Prep Official Free GMAT Tests

Wondering how this would be possible. Does GMATPrep allow people to go back to the questions they answered wrong (ie, then someone could post specific questions)?

GMAT Prep has more than 1,000 questions in it, so the best way is to create a single thread that has a collection of all gmat prep questions by either searching for the "gmat prep" keyword or by posthing them from your experience.... and starting that way.

I have downloaded the software from MBA.com but these is no diagnostic test in it rather 2 mock cats. Where can I find the diag test.

Hi, Mba.com provides these 2 mock tests only, which they name as GMATPrep tests. These tests are very similar to actual GMAT tests.

I'm not sure which diagnostic test are you referring to. The details on one which is provided by GMAT club can be found below.

Hello everyone,

I took the earlier version of the GMATprep test last night and got a 760 (q49 v45). I did recognize a couple of verbal questions from the OG but i still had to rethink the answer, so I don't think my score was inflated in that way. However, do you guys think the scoring algorithm and the general difficulty of the earlier version is the same as the current version of GMATprep and the real thing?

I'm only asking this because I keep getting 690-700 on my MGMAT CATs and I'm struggling with the quant (43-47 so far). I know that MGMAT is supposed to be harder but I just want to make sure I'm not inflating my confidence here.

I've also been reading on the forums that the real GMAT is getting harder than it used to be (not talking about deflated percentiles, talking about actual difficulty of questions) so that got me worried.

Has anyone discussed the grading between the two? I understand that GMATPrep itself uses the same algorithm to calculate a score as the real deal, but for some reason, my GMATPrep1 score just seems to be lower than my GMATPrep 2 scores, for several times now. Anyone has the same issue?

I've found some overlap between the questions I got in GmatPrep2 and questions from OG12

Can you please post the OG 12 question number? or at least the text (we can find it)

Okay, I went through it really quickly and 2 I found so far are Critical Reasoning #25 and #87
There were a few more but I can't find it right now.

I also got Q61 (Gmat Prep1), Q83 (Gmat Prep2) repeat.

These are the CR questions appeared respectively in the test: Q61 (same as in test 1) and Q83 (same as in test 2) from OG12.

I guess we should put a list together of questions that overlap between GMAT Prep and OG 12.

P.S. There is definitely overlap with PowerPrep, so just to make sure this is GMAT Prep only.

I have found same questions from OG12 not only of CR, but also of SC.

Test 1: SC (Q101, Q43, Q16, Q21)
Test 2: SC (Q116, Q63, Q41, Q48, Q76, Q106)

Moreover, there are various questions from OG10

Could someone please explain the different between GMAT Prep v 2005 and v 2006?
Are the questions all different for both the quant and verbal sections?
when one downloads from the mba.com web site these days, does one get the 2006 version?
