kidmann,
Your work experience is solid, though not breathtaking even given the fast-tracking (I say not breathtaking because you didn't mention much leadership). What makes your profile more compelling is the board role for the nursing home, the 750 GMAT combined with nice GPA, and to a lesser extent the Chinese-Canadian 'diversity' aspect. If you can show them how your career track has actually given you lots of leadership opportunities which you have taken advantage of to achieve unusual impact then you may have a shot at Tuck. I would call a "semi-competitive" candidate there, because your have a profile that is not sufficiently unusual or breathtaking enough for me to make a hard bet on your admission. I think you can be reasonably optimistic that Yale or Duke (or both) will admit you. Of the 4 schools you named, I think Chicago and Wharton are your best shots, perhaps Chicago more than Wharton and Tuck.
I don't see how the "IT within finance" helps you because it actually dilutes the career-switch reason that helps make your Why I Need an MBA argument compelling. Your "weakness" is your IT background (weak because so common, so few managerial opportunities). The "IT within finance" goal seems to underline that weakness to me.
Hope this helps,
