I mentioned Chicago and Wharton over CBS and Tuck just on a gut level based on your profile, nothing scientific. CBS is hardly a "backup" for Wharton; if anything it's tougher to get into, but I don't recall the selectivity rate for its Early Decision round -- that could improve your odds. I consider all four schools to be roughly equivalent in terms of admissions difficulty, however.

I see. Just one more question Paul, do you foresee next year admission will be significantly tougher because of the economy (i.e. all the sharks from IB will be applying because of the layoff)? Or is it going to be just another year?

I think we can expect a tougher year in the sense of more applicants, more competition.
