I think you should focus on SC and CR. You should really understand all the rules in the SC part, you can solve most of the SC problems just by applying the rules. One part that is tough for non-native speakers is the idiom part and I don't really think you can improve in a short amount of time to really handle these types of questions well.
You can also improve a lot on CR, I'd suggest to get either the Manhattan CR guide or the CR Bible. It takes some time to get used to the GMAT logic though.
RC is the toughest part to learn in a short amount of time, you can try to read as much as possible, but if you lack the vocabulary it's tough to get through a challenging text like those on the GMAT. If you struggle due to other reasons, I'd suggest to read articles on science, economics, business, politics and history.

For verbal, its going to be PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE, that's all. I feel it different than math- where yes a lot of problems do help but it's more about taking the test and learning the theories once you hit a 45 and above. For verbal, i'm having trouble getting from a 35-diagnostic to a 40-42. This week I pounded SC and did a lot of cr, I just took a manhattan gmat and got a 38, so improvement already. If I were you I would just try to do as many passes and cr as you can to get the hang of it. Good Luck!

Gladiator; yea even on Quant i am trying to get 50+ as that will help the overall score, but my preparation effort is mainly on Verbal. For Quant if you know any link for 50+ practice questions please post.

A verbal score of 41 is very good.

I disagree that your verbal strategy should simply be "practice, practice, practice"---Practice is definitely important. But many students find they get "stuck" at a certain level. Well, if you follow the "more practice = higher score" logical fallacy, you'll end up in this pitfall.

Do make sure you mark down questions you get wrong and review them religiously at the end of the day and again the next day.

SC is the easiest section to improve.
