mbaspire That's not really how it works with MBA Admissions Consultancies. We all work with clients from a variety of industries, mainly the ones that feed into MBA recruitment (consulting, finance, etc.) What you might want to do is work with a consultant (independent like myself, or someone at a large consultancy) who has a healthcare background, if you feel that would enhance the quality of the application materials. It might or might not - one benefit of our services is our *outside perspective* because the adcom members will not all have a healthcare background.
How old are you? If you have the credentials, I would definitely apply to Stanford MSx, a 1-year in-residence program, and MIT Sloan Fellows. Both have an average age around 36. I would recommend Cornell 1-year MBA, the 1-year Tech MBA if applicable. You might need to focus less on geography and think about programs that accept older applicants: one year programs are a better bet than 2, because they attract career maximizers more so than changes.
Kellogg. Emory both have 1-year MBAs. European schools are
far more receptive to older students, so there's a good shot if you apply there.
