What all was missing? academic qualification support docs?

My transcript did not contain the date of the course completion, so had to send my degree to them.
Second mail was regarding the TOEFL score, so I sent them the proof of education in English.

P.S. Did the application contain any section to upload the TOEFL waiver?

Even I received the exactly same mails. After I sent them my degree and proof of education in English, I received a mail stating that 'Your application is now ready to be reviewed by the Admissions Committee'.
Fingers crossed. I hope everything goes well. :)

For those who have been invited to interview ? Has anyone heard from the acom? I was told that we would hear from the adcom in the days leading up to the interview.
First, KF does not invite you for the interviews, it follows an open interview policy and you have to schedule your interview on your own.
Second, I did not hear back from my interviewer in days leading to the interview.

Hope this helps

Dude you scared me into checking the mail again!. The subject line reads "Invitation to interview in India"
This is the in person interview I'm talking about. Not the skype call.

BTW sach .. I'm also scheduled for 10th in Delhi. See ya there !

I am scheduled at 1430 hours..what time are you?

All the best to those who have their interview in the coming days!!! I completed my interview on 19th Dec via Skype. She began by describing the admission process. She had not read application. She only had my resume.
This interview experience was very different for me. She started from the very beginning:

1. Where did you grow up? How has it helped you in your life?
2. Why did you choose NIT, Surat for doing engineering?
3. What extra-curriculars were you involved in during college?
4. Why did you choose to join the company that you are currently working in?
5. What do you enjoy the most about your job?
6. Does your work involve working in a team? Describe the team structure.
7. The clients that you work with, where are they located and are you involved in working with their team?
8. What challenges did you face while working with an overseas client?
9. Tell me about two achievements in your job that you are proud of?
10. Why do you want to do an MBA and what your post-MBA goals?
11. Why Kenan-Flagler?
12. Any questions for me?

The interview lasted about 35-40 minutes.

Hello Folks!!

I am a bit confused about essay 3. My GMAT score is 660 (Q47 V34), which falls in the mid 80% range of score. Should I use the optional essay to explain this score?

What I am going to advise you will be my personal thoughts and nothing else. I have done my research in past 6 months, but I am not a professional.

As I see it, you fall 40 points below the median score of 700. (Source - https://www.kenan-flagler.unc.edu/admiss ... ofile.aspx ) So it will not be entirely unreasonable if you explain yourself in the essay. In fact, it will only project your effort, and determination in joining UNC, to an adcom. If I were in your place, I would have definitely written that essay.

That said, it is for you to decide, for you are the best judge of yourself. You need to decide whether your GMAT score seems in sync with your past work performance and GPA or not? Did you give your 100% in the GMAT, or not? If not, what circumstances stopped you from doing so? Do you plan to retake the GMAT? If yes why, if no why not? Do you have other positive areas in the form of Resume and WE that can make up for your test score?

These are not the questions that I ask you, I am just trying to give you ideas for your 3rd essay :-D . Personally, I think its a decent score, but for UNC, it may be slightly less if your other records and essays are not exemplary.

Hello everyone.

I am a passout of University of Delhi. My marksheets are in English and my degree is in both Hindi & English. Nowhere has it been mentioned on any of them that the medium of education was English. I am applying to KFBS in R3 and have not taken TOEFL.

As per the website, TOEFL is waived for students graduating from India. But I am unsure of whether a proof of education in English will be required or not.
Can someone please tell me what can be submitted as a proof of 'the medium of education is English' if asked for it?

Thanks
