I have Haas and Emory (scheduled before I hit submit). Georgetown just confirmed they received my app yesterday. Haven’t heard from UCLA yet.

sixxx no I signed up for diversity weekend and they gave the option to schedule your interview during the weekend.

Did other Round 1 applicants receive an email today notifying them that they'd receive their membership decision on Friday, December 13?

I didn't get that email. I was rejected from my first choice and my second choice explicitly says they can award the fellowship to R1 applicants in December or March, so maybe that's why.
