I hope your GMAT went well today! I'm trying to get my app in for R1. Lots of polishing to go on my essays...

It didn't go as expected. I stressed out way to much to ruin my own performance. I scored 640 only. Would be giving my gmat again, there is no point in applying in this scores.

By the way, R1 deadline already finished and R2 deadline line is on 1st November, i think.

Anyone from EA round got done with interviews?

Interview Debrief of my Online Interview:
1) Things about your professional background that make you a fit for your choice of specialization.
2) 5 words to describe yourself and explain why
3) What would your teammates and peers tell about your leadership style
4) How do you connect with people, your style of making relationships.
5) One piece of constructive criticism you got and worked on it.
6) If you had 2-3 wishes, what sills would you want to gain by using them.
7) Why MBA and why Wisconsin

Etc..

It was longer than an hour. We finished in about 80 mins including questions i asked back and some time got wasted with connectivity issues.

With conversational and the interviewer had a understanding and supportive attitude. I could feel him taking interest in what i have to say, instead of just trying to evaluate me.

Two more just came to me:
8. What will you contribute to the class?
9. What do you want to gain from your classmates?

Hi Gaurav,
What is the Wisconsin LOR format. I got this from a source

1. How long and in what capacity have you known the applicant? *

2. Evaluate the applicant’s interpersonal and team work skills, including his/her ability to
work with peers, subordinates and supervisors. Is the applicant an effective group
member or does he/she work better individually? What role does the applicant assume
within the group? *

3. Does he/she perform well under stress and accept constructive feedback? *

4. Please comment on areas in which the applicant may need improvements or
growth. *

5. The Wisconsin School of Business is committed to developing outstanding leaders
who can inspire trust and confidence in others. Please comment on the applicant's
leadership within your organization and in the community. *

6. How does the applicant manage ambiguous projects or problems? *

7. For non-native English speakers, please comment on the applicant’s verbal and
written English ability. Enter "Native English Speaker" if the question is not applicable. *

Document Upload
If you would like, you may also upload a single document containing additional
recommendation information for the applicant.
 No document attached

Are these questions mandatory to answer or can we upload a normal LOR document?

It is a good practice to answer each of the individual questions than upload a generic LOR. I suppose you would want to put your best foot forward.

Thank you for the advice.
Right now i have only one recommender as i just have two years of work experience, i can't find much things to talk about for two different LOR's is it a drawback having only one recommender instead of two.

Welcome and thanks! I see you had received scholarship offers from some other programs such as BYU, Purdue, and Broad. I wonder what made you pick Madison over these schools, especially BYU considering it is ahead of Madison in rankings. Obviously ranking is not the only factor one should consider while picking a school, I still want to know what was your rationale behind choosing Madison.
