If more tourists stay in Springfield than in Harriston and the largest hotel in Harriston has more tourists staying with them than the Royal Arms Hotel at Springsfield, it follows that there is more than 1 hotel in Springsfield.

E.

Since the number of people stay at the largest hotel in Harristown is greater than Royal arms but more people stay at the hotels in Springfield. So the Royal Arms can not be the only hotel in SPringfield.
