Hi triciamcruz,

From your post, it sounds like you're just beginning your studies. Is that the case? I ask because many Test Takers spend 3 months (or more) of consistent study time before they hit their 'peak' scores, so just 1 month of study would likely limit how high you could score.

If you're just starting out, then it would be a good idea to take a FULL-LENGTH practice CAT Test; you can download 2 for free from www.mba.com (and they come with some additional practice materials). If you want to do a little studying first, so that you can familiarize yourself with the basic content and question types, then that's okay - but you shouldn't wait too long to take that initial CAT. That score will give us a good sense of your natural strengths and weaknesses and will help provide a basis for comparison as you continue to study. A FULL CAT takes about 4 hours to complete, so make sure that you've set aside enough time to take it in one sitting. Once you have those scores, you should report back here and we can come up with a study plan.

I'd like to know a bit more about your timeline and goals:
1) What is your goal score?
2) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
3) What Schools are you planning to apply to?

Hey, I haven't used Magoosh (I have an account but never really go there). But I like Verista a lot. The reason is I spend most of the time on my phone because I get distracted whenever I use my laptop (always open new tabs and stuffs).
The Verista version on mobile is nicely designed and easy to use. You can choose type of questions and numbers of questions would like to have. And it has timer as well. If you want to take some practice questions on the go then I would recommend this.
Like I use to do 5-10 SC and CR questions in the morning, lunch time and dinner. It helps me not forgetting GMAT haha

HI , Like Rich has stated, a month wouldn't suffice for gmat preparation , unless you are extremely talented

I've taken the gmat and i would suggest you to take a look at
https://gmatclub.com/forum/best-gmat-ve ... ml?fl=menu
https://gmatclub.com/forum/best-gmat-ma ... ml?fl=menu

personal preference-

OG + manhattan guides/gmatclub math pdf + Gmatclub tests = quant done

OG + manhattan and aristotle + mocks , gmatclub pdfs = verbal basic done

for mocks = manhattan + gmat prep

ideally a month for 20 days for quant 40 days for verbal

last one month take a mock every 3-4 days analyse your mistakes and you're good to go

Not sure how the apps would help. I would focus on OG, and the Math and Verbal reviews with just a month to go.

Veritas app contains all its video lessons free of cost and a separate app for practice questions
Magoosh app contains some trial videos free of cost as well as practice questions
IMO: voice clarity is better in magoosh videos you should download both try them a decide which one is better
if money is matter to consider then veritas is free of cost :)
