I think the applications are going out according to the location in order for the candidates to be able to attend the in-person interviews. As you can see from the schedule I posted earlier today Lagos was first followed by US.

I've gone for the morning of the 13th, but I've also told them that I'm pretty flexible for any of the Oxford dates as I'm based in the UK!
