People who've had their interviews, could you share your experience here? Like the attitude of the interviewers, how prepared the team was to receive you, the atmosphere and everything?

GMAT Club Forum mobile appI had my interview on Saturday. Since they didn't explicitly tell me that we're not allowed to talk about our interviews, here goes nothing.
My interview was scheduled for 4 pm, with the email instructing me to get there an hour before. I got there around 2:45. Beautiful, sprawling campus. There was some prep going on for Advaita in the evening.
I saw around me smartly dressed, naturally confident people haha. Delhi kids were in majority, I didn't meet an engineering grad so that was a little discouraging.
The 4 pm batch was made to wait till around 3:20ish, I don't remember exactly. Then we went to the first floor (where the interviews were being conducted) and were asked to write an essay, as some people have already mentioned here. My word was "Happy"; I think I stopped just short of the word limit, 100 words.
After I was done with the essay it was around 3:45ish, and then I moved to wait in what I think was the reception area.
People coming out of their interviews said that it was a chill interview, and more of a conversation, so that was encouraging.
My turn finally came around 4:30ish. The panel was a gentleman and a lady, both alumnus from the looks of them. I should've asked, my bad.
It started with the general "Take us through your acads, resume... anything"
And then they picked up from there, focussing on my startup marketing internship and my own startup venture.
They went deeper off of my "achievements" section from round 1, and we got talking about Moot Courts and MUNs.
Here's where things got interesting. I think the lady tried to put a "gets bored easily, doesn't follow through" angle on my extracurriculars and work experience, I defended myself acceptably once, and satisfactorily the second time. The gentleman was satisfied with my profile, and encouraging in general. The lady asked deep, well-thought-out questions that required me to smile and pause and think and answer.
The last curveball however was a question asked by the gentleman when he said "tell us something innovative you've done to solve a problem" - fairly simple, right? But I'd already spoken about my contributions and major highlights of my work, so for this one I talked about an incident with my time at the placement cell, and then finished with a reminder of my major contribution at the marketing gig.
Phew.
It was a conversation, true. But in no way would I call the experience "chill".
Maybe the commerce grads who had chill interviews had the interviewers taking it easy on them, or maybe they didn't want to let the rest of us worry about the interview.
All in all, a great experience. I'm gonna wait till the 31st to see if they offer me an admit, and we'll take it from there.
Hope this helps!
