This is to inform you that we have started the verification and Review process of the YLP applications. This an ongoing process, as and when the applications are verified, reviewed and shortlisted the interview schedule will be communicated through an email 5 to 7 days prior to the interview date.

We plan to schedule interviews from the 1st week of October 2017 to 24th October 2017. Applicants who have not been shortlisted will also receive an email by 31st October 2017.
What does this indicate?
Did anybody get this kind of mail?

I got the call for interview. But later I got this email as well. They might be sending bulk mails to everybody.

Yo. Congrats on your interview calls guys. :)

I feel they are rolling out the Hyderabad-based interview calls first. So, maybe Mohali-based interview calls will be rolled out some time next week and will happen on the weekend of 14th.

And also, I am sharing some interview prep books with the people who got interview calls. Incase I haven't PM-ed you, please PM me and I will share the prep book

Me too.....Does that mean We are going to get interview calls? I mean why else would they send it. They already mentioned dates from Sept 15 - Oct 15. They don't quite have a reason to send that. I tried calling them but it was after 5. The lines closed, that too for 3 days ( Saturday, Sunday, 2nd Oct).

That could also mean after the interview. Not shortlisted for YLP. The deadline for Stage II results is 15th October. Getting email by 31st October does not make any sense.

The email states the interview will continue till 24th October. So it is safe to assume the stage 2 deadline has been extended till 24th.

I kind of agree with Aseem on this one.
I have also received the email and want the invite. But, I think that they must have sent this email to all the applicants because many people must have started calling them regarding the invites. Only one guy has said that he has not received and he might have received it by now. If it was the other case that you have suggested then there would not have been so much ambiguity and the mail would have stated it correctly that "You have been shortlisted".

Either way all the best
