Yes it is because I think if they start rolling out the calls in October, they won't be able to wind up with the interviews by Diwali. I'm not sure though if the information they give on phone is accurate, as someone else asked them about the interviews yesterday and they said they'll start rolling out the calls in 2-3 days.
