You have good work experience. I wouldn't be worried about a lack of community experience. Your GMAT, however, is on the lower side - assuming you are an Indian applicant.

A) I am a Chartered Accountant currently working at Shared Sevices for a VC firm (size INR 500 cr) managing the entire investment raising process from initiation to closure like due diligence, structuring, negotiations, etc.
B) PwC - Direct Taxes - 3 years - Associate
Handling direct tax compliance, tax assessments and structuring for HNIs and globally mobile individuals. Won team award for implementation of country wide tax software
C) Break for 1 year post qualification - Will it be a major problem??
