You should select schools keeping in mind predominantly your career goals and reputation of the school (ranking can be a proxy). Look at their post-MBA employment outcomes and any other factor you may have in mind. Preferably, speak to people there.

No one asks for NGO experience. Few extracurricular activities with some depth can serve the purpose of showing your interests outside work.

You have good work experience. I wouldn't be worried about a lack of community experience. Your GMAT, however, is on the lower side - assuming you are an Indian applicant.

This will guide the choice of schools. We typically don't get into school selection till we have more information about the candidate.
