In 1st Sem out of 5 core modules, one is completely case study based (no theory), others vary between heavy case studies(5-6), to light (2-3). Moving on it depends on kind of electives you take.

From students point of view part time courses are exactly same, classes are in evening, you can chose less subjects, complete the course in longer time. Teachers for most subjects are same, course material is exactly. Part time and Full time even have the same exam.

There is merit scholarship available for full time, i am not sure about part time. you might want to write to admission office to check.

Hello,

I submitted my NUS MBA application on October 16, 2018 and haven't heard back since then. On the application portal, my status still shows as 'Application Processing.' They say that it generally takes 6-8 weeks to evaluate profiles. Does NUS have a process to send out rejection emails at some point of time? Or should one assume that application is rejected if no response post 8 weeks from application date? The wait is getting really frustrating, and I have only received template responses to my specific questions from NUS, which haven't been helpful. Will appreciate any guidance on this front.

Thanks a ton!

Hi Naman,
What are the prospects for energy professionals at NUS? In which companies do graduates in general land post-MBA, Energy firms or management/strategy consulting?
Thanks in advance.

Energy opportunities are surprisingly good in Singapore region. I dont have particular interest in this sector hence havent done my research, but i definitely opportunities coming.

For more details please reach out to https://www.linkedin.com/in/samsugavanam/ he is the President of the Energy club for our intake.

Management/strategy consulting opportunities are there but not in plenty. Second tier companies do recruit decently.

Hope this helps.
