Here are a few data points which favor GT MSB > UNC KF

2023 Employment Statistics
Average Full Time Base Salary and Bonus
GT - $149.2K, $43.3k (Intl. $150.9k, $50k)
UNC - $146.7K, $34.5k (No Separate Info for Internationals)

% Offer Accepted
Job Accepts
GT - 92.5% (91% for International)
UNC - 89% (81% for International)

Washington DC > Chapel Hill in terms of networking but trails in the cost of living dept.

I do not understand how anecdotal data points could lead to a conclusion of UNC > GT (Leave alone UNC >> GT)­

Thanks for the data point analysis. Some decisions are to be taken by Consulting real people whove experienced authentic stuff, specific to your career goals and the sort of experience we want. Data points seem rosy for quite a few places, realities are not strongly correlated.

Not really. They don’t just tell the full story. Not their fault cause they may not be able to reach all alumni/students who got jobs so might as well give inaccurate data so they might just leave quite a few data points that may help internationals decide.

at the same time you cant conclude one school is better than another based on a few reddit threads.
If you are saying data points can be unreliable then clearly hearsay is unreliable as well.

GT has a historically strong brand and outcomes, as of now most T25 schools are having a rough time wrt recruiting and the works.

Id suggest people to see which school works to their strengths and goals rather than trying to powerscale schools by saying x > y

I’m suggesting something on similar lines then. Def there’s no clear way to see data points to get to a decision. I’m not sure of reddits but what I share is from current students

I submitted Round 3 and just got the optional application update jot form submission email toady. So im sure its coming soon. Our deadline to submit updates is april 14th

No I haven't and Clear admit doesn’t have round 3 updates either.

I applied several school and this is the unique school that I paid the app fee and I was not be able get a invitation :cry:

I doubt they are full with the horror stories coming out of the school this year about poor career outcomes
