I wonder how many of us are still in the WL given that it seems like they sent out a few dings last week. I have been in the WL since Feb, and although I am getting ready to start at another school, if NYU calls I'd go there...

I am still in the WL too, since April 1. I have sent a couple of updates but no reaction until now...There is still hope (though it becomes more improbable every day)

It seems like its 7 of us in this forum are still in the WL. I've tried to find out when the deposit deadline is for R3, but haven't been able to dig any info. Does anyone know?

In the meantime, what are you guys planning on doing in the fall? Starting a new application season or attending a different school? I am heading to Georgetown, but hopefully NYU will call before August...

Only 7 of us left?!? Wow. I'm pretty sure I'm headed to USC in the fall...LUCKILY I just got in off of the waitlist there or else I would be working on fall apps for R1. I'm WL w/o interview from R2. I do hope to get an interview invite from NYU, but it seems less and less likely each day. Plus, I already relocated to LA for a job so it would be a huge pain to move for NYU at this point too. I have to submit my deposit for USC by June 15th, so if I haven't heartd from NYU by then I suppose I'll withraw from the NYU WL. For what I want to do (entertainment) USC is just as good as NYU, even though it's not ranked as high overall.
Anyone else of the 7 WL w/o interview?

There might be more people, who just aren't checking the forum (or this thread) that often any more. I just happened to, but haven't spend much time here in the past couple of months.

As far as I know, the wait list does move until August. I don't think there are too many of you left though.

likely will start another application season... :(

Is it worth it to make another final plea or just wait till the next season to try again? I'm not sure I have anything significant since the last update... but if they have extra spots and are just waiting to hear someone is still interested... that's me! (and a few others here)

Hey all. I got WL in January without interview.

I don't know how it took me this long to discover this thread. I was just moping in limbo, googled it, and stumbled upon the war torn conversation. There is some comfort in knowing others are suffering from the same anxiety as I am.

I have an acceptance to UCLA, but I'm still clinging to hopes of NYU.
