Imo D.

The issue here is Subject verb agreement. " Feet" is plural so we have to use plural verb and in modifier duck would come to remove the confusion of pronoun in the original question.
A and B S-V error.
C them refers to feet so feet on their own can not stand. If they did that would be scary

webbed feet is the subject. Hence plural verb have required. eliminate A and B

In the modifier, 'rendering them.....' them is referring to the plural verb feet which creates a meaning issue. Eliminate C and E.

Option D would be the answer.

IMO correct answer is D

Split is 3/2; usage of has vs have & ,which vs verb+ing modifier;
