Imo D.

The issue here is Subject verb agreement. " Feet" is plural so we have to use plural verb and in modifier duck would come to remove the confusion of pronoun in the original question.
A and B S-V error.
C them refers to feet so feet on their own can not stand. If they did that would be scary :)
E again them and its use

The webbed feet of the Alabio duck has neither nerves nor blood vessels, which renders the duck incapable of feeling the cold on its feet.

(A) has neither nerves nor blood vessels, which renders the duck incapable of feeling the cold on its feet.
The original sentence has a subject/verb agreement error. Multiple feet "have", they don't "has." Also, the usage of the noun-modifier "which" is not ideal, as the reason the duck can't feel the cold is the absence of blood vessels, not the blood vessels themselves.

(B) has neither nerves nor blood vessels, which renders them incapable of feeling the cold on their feet.
The original sentence has a subject/verb agreement error. Multiple feet have, they don't has. Also, the usage of the noun-modifier "which" is not ideal, as the reason the duck can't feel the cold is the absence of blood vessels, not the blood vessels themselves. The answer choice also introduces a pronoun issue, where it is not entirely clear whether "which" refers to the duck or to something else.

(C) have neither nerves nor blood vessels, rendering them incapable of feeling the cold on their feet.
While the use of "have" solves the subject/verb agreement error, this answer choice introduces a pronoun issue. The usage of "them" makes it unclear whether the feet or the duck is incapable of feeling the cold.

(D) have neither nerves nor blood vessels, rendering the duck incapable of feeling the cold on its feet.
This answer choice solves the subject/verb agreement issue, noun modifier error, and does not introduce a pronoun issue.

(E) have neither nerves nor blood vessels, rendering them incapable of feeling the cold on its feet.
While the use of "have" solves the subject/verb agreement error and the noun modifier issue is addressed, this answer choice introduces a pronoun issue. The usage of "them" makes it unclear whether the feet or the duck is incapable of feeling the cold.

Therefore, the correct answer choice appears to be D.

(A) has neither nerves nor blood vessels, which renders the duck incapable of feeling the cold on its feet.
(B) has neither nerves nor blood vessels, which renders them incapable of feeling the cold on their feet.
(C) have neither nerves nor blood vessels, rendering them incapable of feeling the cold on their feet.
(D) have neither nerves nor blood vessels, rendering the duck incapable of feeling the cold on its feet.
(E) have neither nerves nor blood vessels, rendering them incapable of feeling the cold on its feet.

D has to be the right answer because it uses HAVE which is required due to plural subject FEET, and it says DUCK INCAPABLE OF FEELING COLD ON ITS FEET, this phrase uses ITS and DUCK properly.

The webbed feet of the Alabio duck has neither nerves nor blood vessels, which renders the duck incapable of feeling the cold on its feet.

webbed feet is the subject. Hence plural verb have required. eliminate A and B

In the modifier, 'rendering them.....' them is referring to the plural verb feet which creates a meaning issue. Eliminate C and E.

Option D would be the answer.

First, "feet" is plural, "has" is singular, out (A,B).
Second, the feet is part of "the duck", which is singular, so "their" (plural) is wrong, out (C).
Finally, who is rendered incapable of feeling? "the duck" not the "the feet", so "them" is wrong, out (E).

Answer (D).

IMO correct answer is D

The webbed feet of the Alabio duck has neither nerves nor blood vessels, which renders the duck incapable of feeling the cold on its feet.

Split is 3/2; usage of has vs have & ,which vs verb+ing modifier;

(A) has neither nerves nor blood vessels, which renders the duck incapable of feeling the cold on its feet. - "...,which..." when used modifies just the preceding noun or noun phrase before the comma, just like here it modifies blood vessels; but the intended meaning is that the combination of not having the nerves and the blood vessels in the The webbed feet of the Alabio duck makes them incapable of feeling cold.
(B) has neither nerves nor blood vessels, which renders them incapable of feeling the cold on their feet - Same error as A; also usage of pronoun "them" & "their" are ambiguous in this sentence, they dont have any proper antecedent to point at;
(C) have neither nerves nor blood vessels, rendering them incapable of feeling the cold on their feet - verb+ing modifier though modifies the entire preceding clause but usage of pronoun "them" & "their" are ambiguous in this sentence, they dont have any proper antecedent to point at;
(D) have neither nerves nor blood vessels, rendering the duck incapable of feeling the cold on its feet - Correct
(E) have neither nerves nor blood vessels, rendering them incapable of feeling the cold on its feet - "them & it" is not having any proper nouns to refer back.

The webbed feet of the Alabio duck has neither nerves nor blood vessels, which renders the duck incapable of feeling the cold on its feet.

A has neither nerves nor blood vessels, which renders the duck incapable of feeling the cold on its feet.
B has neither nerves nor blood vessels, which renders them incapable of feeling the cold on their feet.

Subject verb split, feet is plural subject, verb will be have , eliminate A and B

"them" has a confusing antecedent, although them refers to duck but also could refer to feet? eliminate C and E,

C have neither nerves nor blood vessels, rendering them incapable of feeling the cold on their feet.
E have neither nerves nor blood vessels, rendering them incapable of feeling the cold on its feet.

Answer D
D have neither nerves nor blood vessels, rendering the duck incapable of feeling the cold on its feet.

The webbed feet of the Alabio duck has neither nerves nor blood vessels, which renders the duck incapable of feeling the cold on its feet.

Sentence Correction question. Let us have a look at the options:
(A) has neither nerves nor blood vessels, which renders the duck incapable of feeling the cold on its feet. - The word "feet" is in the plural form and requires a verb "have", not "has" as in this option. "which renders the duck incapable of feeling the cold on its feet" is awkward and it is not clear what the word "which" refers to. - Incorrect
(B) has neither nerves nor blood vessels, which renders them incapable of feeling the cold on their feet. - Again, here we need to have a verb "have" to be in parallel with the word "feet". In the second half of the sentence, the referent of the word "them" in unclear - does the author speak about nerves and blood vessels or about ducks? - Incorrect
(C) have neither nerves nor blood vessels, rendering them incapable of feeling the cold on their feet. - This option is incorrect because it can be thought that the word "them" in the second part of the sentence is related to "feet" but not ducks. - Incorrect
(D) have neither nerves nor blood vessels, rendering the duck incapable of feeling the cold on its feet. - This version of the sentence is the most clear and concise answer, it correctly uses "have" instead of "has" and in the second part of the sentence it is correctly written that the duck is not feeling cold on its feet. - Correct
(E) have neither nerves nor blood vessels, rendering them incapable of feeling the cold on its feet. - Here, the word "have" is correctly used as per parallelism. In the second half ot the sentence, it is stated "rendering them incapable of feeling the cold on its feet". However, the words "them" and "its" are not in parallel forms, since both words need to be either in plural or singular form. - Incorrect

Same as A

No antecedent for them.

Correct

(E) have neither nerves nor blood vessels, rendering them incapable of feeling the cold on its feet.

SV error. Them is plural, duck is singular and its is singular

Hint: Subject-Verb agreement violation and which vs. modifier

(A) has neither nerves nor blood vessels, which renders the duck incapable of feeling the cold on its feet. - "feet" is plural, hence "has" should be "have", also modifier should be used to point to the situation instead of "which" (it points to blood vessels)
(B) has neither nerves nor blood vessels, which renders them incapable of feeling the cold on their feet. - "feet" is plural, hence "has" should be "have", using plural "them" is incorrect to address singular "the Alabio duck", also modifier should be used to point to the situation instead of "which" (it points to blood vessels)
(C) have neither nerves nor blood vessels, rendering them incapable of feeling the cold on their feet. - Using plural "them" and "their" are incorrect to address singular "the Alabio duck"
(D) have neither nerves nor blood vessels, rendering the duck incapable of feeling the cold on its feet. - Correct
(E) have neither nerves nor blood vessels, rendering them incapable of feeling the cold on its feet. - Using plural "them" is incorrect to address singular "the Alabio duck"
