is -3y=0? and x and y cannot have same sign.
stmt (1): if y is (+), x has to be (-) SUFFICIENT
stmt (2): substitute the 2x into the statement (2) --> -3y+5y>20
2y>20 --> y>10 so x must have opposite sign, (-) SUfficent
